迪拜土地局与代币化平台Ctrl Alt合作推出房地产代币化项目

PANews 5月26日消息，据官方公告，迪拜土地局（DLD）宣布与代币化平台Ctrl Alt合作推出房地产代币化项目，该项目同时获得迪拜虚拟资产监管局（VARA）和迪拜未来基金会支持。项目采用XRP Ledger区块链技术，通过PRYPCO Mint平台实现房产证代币化，最低投资门槛为2000迪拉姆（约545美元）。这是中东首个政府主导的房地产区块链代币化项目。

据项目方披露，该计划是迪拜“房地产2033战略”的一部分，目标到2033年实现600亿迪拉姆规模的代币化房地产市场。Ctrl Alt作为技术提供商，目前已累计完成2.95亿美元资产代币化，持有VARA颁发的经纪商和发行商牌照。
