收购高合汽车的中东电动汽车公司EV Electra正公开发币融资

PANews 5月28日消息，据TechFlow报道，中东电动汽车公司EV Electra计划出资10亿美元参与高合汽车重组并寻求控股。5月22日，江苏高合汽车成立，由EV Electra与华人运通共同出资，持股比例分别为69.8%和30.2%。盐城市经开区环评报告显示，悦达起亚一工厂改造项目启动，计划生产高合三款车型，预计今年10月完工。

EV Electra官网已推出生态代币EVET，1 EVET=1 USDT，支持加密货币和银行转账购买。其2025年4月发布的白皮书显示，计划通过代币募资8.4亿美元，并采用双通证系统，其中EVEN为NFT形式，承诺分配10%净利润给持有者。

值得注意的是，EV Electra曾于2023年被指控盗用Skywell等车企设计图片，并卷入加密货币诈骗争议。创始人Jihad Mohammad称已处理相关责任人。目前高合品牌形象已被用于EV Electra的代币营销页面。
