PANews 5月31日消息，据 The block 报道，REX Shares 和 Osprey Funds 向美国证券交易委员会 (SEC) 提交申请，计划推出以太坊和 Solana 质押型 ETF。新的 ETH 和 SOL 基金将“至少 80% 的净资产投资于各自的参考资产”，即 ETH 和 SOL。每只基金还将“至少 50% 的持仓”投资于这些加密货币。这些基金将以“普通 C 公司”的身份运营，以应对美国联邦所得税，而非像现货比特币和以太坊 ETF 那样以“受监管的投资公司”的身份运营。
