PANews 5月28日消息，据CoinDesk报道，美国快餐连锁店Steak n' Shake首席运营官Dan Edwards在“比特币2025”大会上表示，自5月16日开通比特币支付以来，交易处理费用比信用卡支付降低50%。全球每500笔比特币交易中就有1笔发生在该餐厅。

Edwards指出，比特币支付不仅为商户节省成本，也为顾客提供与传统支付方式并行的新选择。该公司还允许加盟商用比特币购买特许经营权。基于支付成功经验，Steak n' Shake正探索机器人出租车、智能厨师和无人机配送等技术创新。
