Elon Musk has announced that his new political group, called the America Party, will fully support Bitcoin. When asked on social media if the party would embrace the cryptocurrency, Musk replied, “Fiat is hopeless, so yes.”
This statement comes just after Musk criticized former President Donald Trump for signing a $3.3 trillion spending bill, which Musk called "insane." He pointed to this as a major reason why fiat money is no longer reliable.
