Dear OKX Users,

Effective April 8, 2026, users with a current asset balance or 30-day average asset balance of 30,000 USD equivalent or above will have access to OKX's priority customer service channel, receiving the same response priority as OKX VIP users.

This includes access to a dedicated customer service channel and relationship manager services.

Users who subsequently qualify for full VIP status will be immediately assigned to a dedicated service group for personalized account support.
