My virtual OKX Card was compromised. Can I get a new one?

If you believe your virtual OKX Card details were compromised, you should act quickly to prevent further spending.

1. Lock your card

In the OKX app, go to Card and toggle Lock card. Locking blocks new purchases, and new subscriptions may also be blocked. Transactions that were already pending before the lock may still be processed.

2. Review recent activity

Check your recent transactions in the OKX app and look for anything you don’t recognize. If you see suspicious activity, you should keep the card locked while you investigate.

3. Contact our support team

Reach out to our OKX Assistant and provide:

  • merchant name (if relevant)

  • timestamp

  • amount and currency

  • what you observed (for example, “card details exposed” or “unrecognized transaction”)
