C2C verification code preferences is a mechanism set up to ensure the safety of your accounts during transactions. This mechanism effectively prevents accounts from being operated by others, enhancing transaction security.

To protect your account, our platform requires 2FA when releasing crypto in P2P trades. If you'd like to disable this, follow these steps: go to the homepage, select P2P Trading > My > Settings > P2P Trade Security Verification, and follow the prompts to disable it.

Note: Disabling 2FA may increase the security risk to your account. Please proceed with caution.
